Aspens in Winter I
$300.00Price
This is a classic black and white version of an Aspen grove outside of Buena Vista, Colorado. According to the Colorado State Forest Service, Aspen trees, known as quaking aspen, are Colorado's only widespread, native, deciduous tree and can be found from 6,500 to 11,500 feet in elevation. The aspen's (Populus tremuloides) delicate leaves and vibrant fall color often are displayed as a symbol of Colorado itself. This photo is in its native 10" x 15" direct from Tri-X 400 film.
